Almost 40 years ago we only have Suzanne Sommers and Jane Fonda leading us in fitness. 30 years ago Linda Carter in Terminator 2 paved the way, soon followed by Demi Moore in G.I. Jane breaking the mold, but they had to prove themselves to be as hard as men to do it. Now we have Wonder Woman, and Michelle Rodriguez standing ground, and athletes like Larissa Reis and Dana Linn Bailey. - Strong. Is. Sexy.
They say dress for success. Dress for the job you want and you will feel successful. Is there any difference when it comes to your physique? Your goals are personal. It doesn’t matter if you want to eat organic, or if you want boob jobs and Botox. It's what You want that matters. And you can’t always get the body you want or the lifestyle you need eating all whole foods or shopping at Whole Foods. True, there are a lot of unrealistic images out there, but YOU, yes You can crush it as good as the next fitspo and step out of the gym feeling like Beyoncé or Channing Tatum.

My love of health and fitness started several years ago, when I realized my pants were far too tight and I needed to do something about it. I put down the cheese, picked up some dumbbells, and never looked back. In today's fast paced world I learned how to live the fitness lifestyle adhering to my goals wherever and whenever without apologies. I have found ways to eat healthy in diners and gas stations on long haul motorcycle trips. I have meal prepped and made up workouts on the fly while on vacation in Las Vegas. I have balanced indulgence and crushed goals when I needed to. I have gone from fat to fit, to a Nationally Competing Bodybuilder. It’s a lifestyle. I live it. I have been doing it for years!
I studied nutrition through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition’s diploma program and graduated with honours achieving my designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. I hold advanced credits in Nutrition for Sports Performance, and Safe Supplementation. I followed that up by studying exercise and training principles becoming certified as a Personal Training Specialist. To be the best coach I could I refined my skills through the Certified Coaches Federation, specializing in life and business advancement.
It is with my love of success, confidence, and the people around me that I choose to help others achieve their own goals. And not just in form and function, but for happiness, energy, and for a lifestyle they can hold onto for years to come. I love working with people who are ready to put their goals first and go after the body they want. I want people to feel like their best selves every day in the process. To make this their lifestyle. To take a selfie and be proud of it.
